Nuisance Abatement Conference

The League’s annual Nuisance Abatement Conference will be held on May 21 at the Hilton Garden Inn West Des Moines. The day-long Nuisance Abatement Conference is designed to provide education and resources on an issue that all cities face. Training encompasses all aspects of nuisance abatement, from effective city codes to various abatement processes to dealing with abandoned properties. The conference runs 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and registration costs $80.
