Description

Southwest Iowa Planning Council provides services to cities and counties in: Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby Counties. They offer services such as housing development, building inspection and code enforcement, community development, community and regional planning, economic development, grant writing and administration, public transit, and transportation planning. SWIPCO also provides funding assistance to new and existing businesses through our Business Revolving Loan Fund.
