Description

The East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG) is a regional planning agency that provides professional services, including grant writing and administration. to local governments in Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Linn and Washington Counties. ECICOG’s areas of expertise include community and economic development; business loans; facilitation services; housing; transportation planning; watershed administration; disaster recovery; and CDBG/EDA/EPA/DOT grant writing and administration. ECICOG also manages CorridorRides for the six-county region.
