Conference Registration Payment Policies

Delegate Payment, Cancellations and Refunds

Payment can be made by credit card or check. To pay by check, complete the online registration and print a copy of your receipt and mail with payment to the League:

All cancellations must be done in writing and are subject to a $5 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used on the registration. No refunds will be made for early exits or no shows.
Late fees will not be assessed this year, but we strongly encourage attendees to register in advance of the conference so adequate preparations can be made.  

Exhibit/Sponsor/Advertiser Payment, Cancellations and Refunds
No sponsorships are exclusive or limited to one company per service area. For example, more than one engineering firm may become a workshop sponsor. No competitors to our Endorsed Programs can exhibit. Registration will not be processed without payment. All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing exhibit@iowaleague.org. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given within one week of the show date.
