Legislative Day 2010
Join us on January 26 at the Embassy Suites in Des Moines to hear late-breaking
legislative news and viewpoints from the League’s lobbying team as well as
several key legislators. That evening, legislators will be invited to attend a
networking session.
This Legislative Day, the League of Cities asks that you bring with you a can of
food to donate to the Food Bank of Iowa.
The cities of Iowa are faced with a difficult economic situation. In times of
hardship we rely upon one another to help strengthen our communities. As city
officials we can come together and make a difference to communities across the
state of Iowa.
