2008 Legislative Priorities

League members adopted four priorities for the 2008 legislative session on September 28, 2007 at the Annual Conference & Exhibit in Dubuque. The priorities were recommended by the League's Legislative Policy Committee and had been endorsed by the League Executive Board.

The League's priorities include City Revenue Alternatives, Infrastructure Funding, Economic Development Initiatives, and Control Pension Costs. Additional information on each priority is available by clicking on the headings in the box below.
